What size should I purchase?
Each Eledera shoe is handmade by our artisans and it's made with high-quality materials that differ in thickness or grain, so it's completely normal for each model to have a different fit. Check our Size Guide for more details or email ciao@eledera.com and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect size for you. 


Do Eledera shoes fit wider feet? 
Yes, all styles are suitable for wider feet. Check the Size Guide and the Fit Tips in each product page to learn more or email ciao@eledera.com, and we'll share all our insider knowledge on what style can fit you best! 

Where are your products made? 
Eledera shoes are 100% Made in Italy. All materials are sourced from Italian suppliers and certified. We don’t use any harmful or chemical materials either. 

Why do my shoes look slightly different from the images?
Every little imperfection is synonymous with uniqueness and authenticity of an artisanal product - the skilled and meticulous craftsmanship that makes each shoe a product of great value. Leather is also a natural material that may vary in grain and color. What you get is truly one-of-a-kind! 

What does “handmade” mean?
Each Eledera shoe is entirely made by hand, following a process that goes from sourcing of the best materials, to the cutting to the finishing of the shoe: each step, from the sewing to the creation of each detail, is made possible by our craftsmen. 

What are the delivery times?
We aim to ship your shoes within 2 business days, as long as the order gets in before 4pm EST. Delivery times depend on the speed chosen at checkout. If you have a special request and need your shoes by a specific date, please email ciao@eledera.com and we'll do everything we can to help you! 

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please email ciao@eledera.com as soon as possible. 

How can I return a product?
You can always exchange or return your product if you don't like it or if it does not fit perfectly. To start the return, click here. 

You have up to 15 days to return it as long as the product is returned intact and in its original packaging. Read the return and refund policy. 
Exchanges are always free.

When will I get the refund for my return? 
We will issue your refund after your return has reached our warehouse. It may take up to 3 business days to issue refunds. It can take approximately 7 business days for the funds to show in your account.

How do I care for my Eledera shoes?
All Eledera footwear is handmade in Italy from luxury-grade certified materials. As leather is a natural material, variations in grain and color, as well as natural imperfections, may occur. 
To take care of your new shoes, we recommend following the below steps: 
— Store shoes away from direct sunlight.
— Before initial use, treat your shoes with a protective spray suitable for the respective material.
— Remove excess moisture with a dry cloth or towel.
— Dark colors may transfer, so make sure to clean each pair with its own cloth.
— Calf: Clean soft leathers and calfskin with a soft cloth and neutral shoe polish.
— Suede: To remove dust or light stains, brush suede gently in the direction of the grain with a rubber or soft bristle brush.
