Try it at home
We aim to ship quickly so you can try your new Eledera shoes in the comfort of your home. Orders are usually fulfilled and dispatched within 3 business days. If an order is placed after 12pm PST, it will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with your expected delivery date and the Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Standard Shipping (4-8 business days) is free for orders over 200 USD and available for 7 USD for orders below 200 USD. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Delivery timing starts from the moment when your order is shipped, not placed. If you'd like to receive your shoes earlier, select the expedited shipping option, for a small fee.
RETURNS
Exchanges are always free. You can return any item within 15 days from receipt. You can initiate a return or exchange in our return center.
Returns without exchange have a $7 restocking fee.
Your items must be returned new, unused and with all Eledera packaging included (including dust bags). Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your original payment method within a week. Returns that do not meet our policy may result in no refund to original payment, full or partial store credit, or Eledera returning the shoes to the Customer.
If the box has irreparable damage or the dust bag is not included in the return, we'll charge an additional 5 USD to your original payment method.
If you receive a shoe with quality imperfections, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your shoes.
Eligible sale items are returnable for store credit only.

We do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available in amounts ranging from $ 200 to $1,000. Email us at ciao@eledera.com if you need a personalized amount. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued as online store credit.
