If unsure or between sizes, take the next size down, especially if you have standard or narrow feet.
WIDTH: Suited for all foot widths. This is a very comfortable style, even for wider feet, but we do recommend you size up for wider feet.
ARCH: Suited for high arches. There is no arch support as it's a ballet flat style.
